Our Services

Nonna Senior Placement LLC provides senior care placement guidance and referral services to families in California, at no cost to the family. We are compensated by care facilities upon successful placement, as disclosed in our client materials.

SMS Terms & Conditions

  • Program description: Nonna Senior Placement sends appointment and tour reminders, and follow-up messages, to individuals who contact us through our website or by phone.

  • Message frequency varies.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • You can opt out of messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Nonna Senior Placement does not hold power of attorney for any client, and does not make final medical, financial, residential, or legal decisions on behalf of clients or their families. Our role is advisory and educational.

Limitation of Liability

Nonna Senior Placement makes reasonable efforts to recommend licensed, vetted care facilities, but does not guarantee the quality of care provided by any third-party facility. Families are encouraged to independently visit and evaluate any facility before making a final decision.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
